Point-Based Graphics 2006 - Submission

Procedure

Submissions for the Symposium on Point-Based Graphics are completely electronic, and both the paper and all supplementary material must be submitted through the online submission website.

Paper Format

The Symposium on Point-Based Graphics accepts only original, unpublished work - submitted papers may not have previously appeared in print, and may not be under concurrent review by any other conference, symposium, workshop, or journal. All papers must be written and presented in English, and must adhere to the Eurographics Publication Guidelines; a LaTeX style file is available here. Papers may be up to 8-10 pages long, but conciseness is encouraged: reviewers will be instructed to weigh the contribution of each paper relative to its length. Papers will be published in black and white, and may include a one-page color plate to be included in a separate section of the proceedings.

Upon Acceptance

The turnaround time for submitting camera-ready versions of accepted papers is extremely short, so we request that authors be prepared to make all final revisions within a week of the announcement of the acceptance decisions. All papers to be published must be accompanied by a signed copyright form. It is expected that at least one author of every accepted paper will attend the symposium to present the work. Supplemental electronic material submitted with accepted papers will be published on a CD-ROM.

Online Submission

The online submission system is available here.

Please contact pbg06-papers-chairs at cs.umn.edu if you have any questions or experience problems with the online submission system.
